At TEXAAN, we believe that every change sparks new opportunities and fresh energy to drive academic advising forward.

Here’s a snapshot of our opportunities for leadership for 2025-2026:

• President‑Elect: Serves one election cycle and then steps into the President role.
• Vice President of Technology (Webmaster): Serves for two election cycles, ensuring a steady, innovative digital presence.
• Vice President of Programs: Serves a term of two election cycles to foster cutting‑edge programming.
• South Region Chair: Serves a one‑year term as the regional liaison.
• South Region Chair‑Elect: Serves one election cycle before becoming South Region Chair.
• Central Region Chair‑Elect: Serves one election cycle, then transitions to Central Region Chair.
• West Region Chair‑Elect: Serves one election cycle before advancing to West Region Chair.
• Southeast Region Chair‑Elect: Serves one election cycle before assuming the Southeast Region Chair role.

Note: Elected individuals will take office immediately following the 2025 Conference, with a transition period during which you will work closely with your predecessor to get up to speed on your new role.
